Can we extend our sharing session beyond an hour?

It is possible to extend your meeting time for another half hour when Zoom capacity allows and if all your group members have agreed to the extension. The Timekeeper may like to check if this is ok with everyone. When you reach a total meeting time of 1.5 hours, the Zoom meeting will close automatically. To avoid an abrupt end, we recommend finishing a few minutes before. (For example, if you meeting starts at 15:00 and you would like to stay longer, you are invited to end the meeting at 16:25.)

The extension might not be possible when other groups are meeting in the same time slot. We ask for your understanding.
