How can I make sure people can hear the bell during sharing sessions?

Zoom uses noise suppression and echo cancellation by default which can cause the sound of the bell to be muted. In order to be able to hear the sound of the bell on Zoom, you need to change the audio setting to Original sound setting for musicians. When you are done inviting the bell, you can change the audio back to Noise removal (default) in order to keep your speaking voice legible.

Desktop

1. In the tool bar, click the arrow next to Audio
2. In "Microphone Mode", choose Original sound for musicians
   • Once turned on, you will see "Original sound for musicians: on" on the top-right corner of the Zoom screen
3. When sharing, repeat step 1 and then choose Noise removal (default)

Mobile App

1. Tap More
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap Audio
4. Tap Original sound for musicians
5. When sharing, repeat step 1-3, and choose Noise removal (default)
